Refund Policy

At AmeriLancer, we are committed to ensuring a secure and satisfactory experience for both clients and freelancers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The work delivered by the freelancer does not meet the agreed project requirements.
  • The order was not completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The client initiates a refund request within 7 days of order completion.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The project has been marked as “completed” and approved by the client beyond the refund request window.
  • Dissatisfaction with the work without prior attempts to resolve the issue through AmeriLancer’s dispute resolution process.
  • Payments made directly between clients and freelancers outside of the AmeriLancer platform.

3. Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Clients must submit a refund request via their AmeriLancer account or contact our support team at refund@amerilancer.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include order details, reasons for the request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., messages, project files).
  3. Review Period: Our team will review the request and mediate between the client and freelancer if necessary. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  4. Refund Decision: Refunds will be approved or denied based on the evidence provided and the circumstances of the request.

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

5. Dispute Resolution

If the refund request is contested, AmeriLancer will act as a mediator to resolve the issue. Our decision in disputes will be final and binding.

6. Changes to this Policy

AmeriLancer reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
